The First Health Expo Comes to An End

The First China (Ningbo) International Health Senior Service Expo of three-day ended on September 17th. According to the Ningbo Civil Affairs Bureau, the Health Expo attracted more than 160 health senior service enterprises and organizations and introduced 12 projects of nursing industry. 7 of them were signed with the total funds of more than 11.2 billion yuan, involving many hot fields, such as the senior care institution standardization, senior service informatization, long-term cure insurance, combination of medical treatment and care, etc.

The Health Expo this time is the first large-scale, professional and international grand meeting in Ningbo health senior industry, which gathered many well-known companies, such as Qianhuboting and U-Chian AI, and brought about highlight products and intelligent technology, including intelligent caring system and intelligent robot company. Preliminary statistics show that the three-day exhibition has attracted more than 35,000 visitors, which includes more than 2,000 professional visitors.

During the Health Expo, with the support and leading of China Association of Social Welfare and Senior Service, the long-term care alliance of Yangtze River Delta was built through the cooperation of Ningbo Senior Service Association, Shanghai, Suzhou, Wuxi, Yangzhou, Hnagzhou Senior Service (Welfare) Association and Ningbo Senior Caring and Management College. Ningbo Yile Park, Hangzhou Golden Ages and other 30 senior service institutions became the members of this alliance, and the Secretariat is located in Ningbo Senior Caring and Management College.

The Health Senior Service theme forum was also a success. Experts and scholars made excellent reports, including Professor Gui Shixun of East China Normal University, president Takashi Yoshio of Japan Wakayama YMCA International Welfare school and manager Michael Darragh of Xingjian Qiye Xiangshan project. They shared their views on senior service development with guests present and inspired new ideas in the development of Ningbo senior service industry.
